Welcome to SeraMuse. By placing an order through our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders and Fulfillment
Each SeraMuse piece is packed with care. Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away. Because of this, we’re not able to change or cancel orders after they’ve been confirmed.

Product Details
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate. Small differences in color, texture, or finish may happen because of lighting or natural materials. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in your selected currency and include taxes where required. Prices may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Returns and Exchanges
Because of the way our collections are fulfilled, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, size, or preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll review your message and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed items including blankets, pillows, and similar textiles cannot be returned.

Intellectual Property
All content on the SeraMuse website, including images, text, and designs, belongs to SeraMuse and may not be used or copied without written permission.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled securely and used only to process your order or assist with customer service.
